When to Contact Us
We ask the media to contact us in order to facilitate:
Hospital Access
All media outlets are required to notify the Community Relations department before entering hospital property. You will be escorted by a member of the department while onsite.
The media must also notify Community Relations about filming, photographing or interviewing hospital patients. Written consent is required in this instance, and will be obtained by Community Relations.

The Community Relations department is available Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For urgent requests please call the switchboard at (705) 325-2201 ext.0 and have the department paged.
