We are currently seeking interested candidates to serve on our volunteer Board of Directors, to help lead us into the future. The Board plays a critical role in the leadership and governance of OSMH, especially in a time of great fiscal challenges and a growing need for health care resources.
While all applicants will be given consideration, an effort will be made to balance the overall skills mix of the current Board by recommending individuals with previous Board experience, and who also have expertise in one or more of the following disciplines:

Quality Systems Management
A time commitment of approximately 15 to 20 hours per month is expected. In addition, all applicants must:

Be a member of the Hospital Corporation in good standing, or be eligible for membership;

Be over the age of 18 years;

Reside or be employed in:
- County of Simcoe
- City of Orillia
- Township of Brock
- District of Muskoka
- Chippewas of Rama First Nation
- Township of Kawartha Lakes west of Highway 35
- Support the Mission and Vision of the Corporation;
- Meet the eligibility criteria as stipulated in the OSMH Bylaws.
