After-hours access to hospital main entrance restricted

(Friday, October 24, 2014  - Orillia, ON) –   After-hours access to the main entrance of Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital will be restricted as an additional Ebola precaution.


Beginning Monday, October 27, there will be no access through the main entrance of the hospital from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m.  Anyone requiring access to the hospital during those hours can do so through the Emergency Department.  The only exception will be obstetrics patients and their visitors who can continue to gain access through the dialysis entrance near Volunteer Drive. 


OSMH has not received any suspect or positive Ebola patients.
