Our statement of Patient Rights and Responsibilities is presented as an Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital policy. If you have any questions or concerns about your hospital service, or feel you’ve been denied any of these rights, please report this to any member of our healthcare team, the Unit Manager, a department head or a hospital administrator.

Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital staff will deliver the best possible care to you while you are in our hospital. We encourage a partnership between you and our staff.

In our role as caregivers we will strive to meet and exceed your expectations of quality, by always improving our patient care and services. We will show caring and integrity in the care of our patients and in our dealings with their families. We are accountable to you and the public through our Board of Directors.
