Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital statement on Anti-Black and Anti-Indigenous Racism
OSMH acknowledges the pain that anti-Black and anti-Indigenous racism causes and reaffirm our hospital’s promise to be continually guided by our Values of compassion and respect in all that we do. OSMH will continue to stand against all forms of discrimination and intolerance.
The global re-awakening to systemic racism is a time for everyone to stop, listen and act. As an organization, we are committed to better understand issues surrounding systemic racism and commit to do better at every opportunity.
