OSMH interactive Fireside Forum touches on COVID-19 pandemic, Future Hospital project and new Strategic Plan
Community engagement took on a new twist for Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital (OSMH) on Tuesday with a first of its kind interactive Fireside Forum. More than 70 people took time from their busy summer schedules to join in a dialogue with the hospital.
The event was open to all to attend virtually and ask questions of President/CEO Carmine Stumpo, Board Vice-Chair Ligaya Byrch and guest speakers Dr. Kim McIntosh, Tom Roberts, OSMH VP-Corporate Services/CFO, and OSMH Chief Human Resources Officer Deb Singh.
The hospital also took the opportunity to unveil its new Strategic Plan, with a focus on its Vision – We are One Community, and its three pillars, We are Connected, We are Soldiers’ and We Adapt and Advance.
The Fireside Forum, which lasted just over an hour, was recorded and is available for viewing anytime by clicking on this link, or by visiting the OSMH website.
