RSV Outbreak declared over on Mental Health unit
(Orillia, ON) – The RSV (Respiratory Syncytial Virus) outbreak has been declared over on C6, the Mental Health Inpatient unit at Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital (OSMH).
The outbreak was declared on April 7th in conjunction with the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit (SMDHU) following positive test results of 4 patients on the unit.
The unit is now open to visitors as per the current Visitors policy.
